Dr. Ahmad Mohaghar

 President

             

 Appointed by Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Dr. Ahmad Mohaghar began the term of UB's presidency on March 2013. A North Khorasan native, Dr. Mohaghar earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Tehran University in 1988, a master's degree in the same subject from Tarbiat Modarres University in 1993, and a doctorate in Political Sociology, again from Tehran University in 2006. He began his academic career as a faculty member at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Some of his academic activities are as following:
